In 1993 a LaVerne Caddy was an Assistant Chief Ambulance Officer. Having retired from the Ambulance service he set up his own telephone answering service for GPs, initially expecting to be in Cornwall. Due to the formation of Doctors co-ops we needed to move to other areas of call handling.
At the time only a few vets within Cornwall where using the service, we sent out leaflets and over the years we have grown from strength to strength and now deal with over 200 veterinary groups all across the UK.
Since LaVerne Caddy and his wife Wendy started the business it has remained a family business and the 3rd generation of the family are now managers of the company. At the heart of our business is a close family, all working together to provide you with the best service possible.
We have recently moved from our leased offices of 13 years to new premises owned by the company and are looking to the future to improve our service offering to both our current clients and new.
