The Management Team
We are a family owned and run business. Since LaVerne and Wendy Caddy started the company in 1993 their two sons Andrew and Kevyn became increasingly involved with the company and are now two of the Directors. Kevyn's son Anthony is the third Director with his other sons Steve and Sam as managers. Andrew's sons Simon and Michael are also managers.
Our team of telephonists are trained in house by a member of the family. We all work closely together to provide the best service we can.
Anthony has been working for the company since 1997 when he left college and is now the Personnel Director.

Kevyn has been part of the company working in various roles since 1993 when he left his position as a manager of a company to become part of the newly formed family business. He is now the Services Director.

Andrew has been part of the company since 1994 when he left the Ambulance Service due to an injury preventing his return to the service. He is now the Financial Director.

Simon has been working for the company in various capacities since 2008 when he left school. He then became a manager in 2011 when he completed both IT and Business Studies courses at Redruth Sixth Form. He is currently the Marketing and Sales Manager.

Sam has been working for the company in various capacities since 2010. Supervising on different projects within the company he is the newest member of the management team as an operations manager.
