This service is designed to help and be an addition to your surgery's own staff. Make their job easier and reduce stress in the reception and waiting room.
What is Overflow?
Our overflow service is specifically designed for veterinary professionals. The basics of the service are that if your member of staff is busy, on the phone or away from the desk for any reason, after a set amount of time (we would recommend 15-20 seconds) the call will be diverted to us for us to take details and passed back to you. This would be done by email.
Why Does it Help?
It allows your staff to relax in the knowledge that if a call is not answered by them it will be answered by us. They can deal with your customers in the surgery.
We take the callers details then email them through to you using our own bespoke system. You will receive each call as an email in a standard format.
What if the Call is an Emergency?
We would agree a protocol with you to ensure that these calls are treated as such.
